Aplicació:

L’àcid zoledrònic (zoledronat) és un difosfat que conté nitrogen de tercera generació amb alta activitat de resorció anti-ossos. El tetrahidrat d’àcid zoledrònic pot inhibir la diferenciació i l’apoptosi d’osteoclasts. El tetrahidrat d’àcid zoledrònic també té efectes contra el càncer.
